When I'm not working, you'll find me on a yoga mat, at the gym, running outdoors, or relaxing by the riverwalk. I love watching sports, hanging out with friends and family, and enjoying an iced latte each morning. I am currently working on my Yoga Teacher Training with a goal of sharing the craft of yoga in an accessible, non-intimdating manner.
